references to “IILI,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operating entity responsible for delivering the services described here. References to “you” or “your” mean the individual or organization accessing the platform.

If you access the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization and that it will comply with these Terms.

We provide educational content, programs, and related tools designed to improve professional skills. Features, curricula, integrations, formats (including video, assessments, downloadable resources), and availability may evolve over time as we maintain and improve our platform.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of our services where reasonably necessary (for example, maintenance, supplier changes, regulatory requirements, abuse prevention, or product updates). Where material changes affect ongoing access you have purchased, we will aim to notify you through reasonable channels.

Educational outcomes depend on effort, aptitude, workplace context, and external factors beyond our control. Completion of coursework does not guarantee employment, raises, certifications, eligibility for regulated roles, or business results.

Recommendations referencing third-party tools, models, workflows, prompts, automation patterns, or integrations are illustrative and may behave differently depending on licensing, geography, vendor changes, organizational policies, and local law.

Where fees apply, pricing, taxes, invoicing mechanics, refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, and renewals are displayed at checkout or communicated where relevant. Paid access typically unlocks course materials during the entitlement period communicated at purchase unless otherwise stated.

We may withhold, suspend, or revoke access where we reasonably detect fraud, chargebacks or payment disputes, policy violations, or risks to platform integrity until matters are resolved.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, IILI retains rights to the platform, curricula, logos, branding, design, downloadable materials delivered as part of programs, recordings, layouts, and related software and content protections.

Subject to applicable license terms for a specific purchase or program, personal use copying for your own learning is generally permitted within reasonable boundaries. Redistribution, resale, public redistribution of paid materials without authorization, scraping as a systematic substitute for purchase, or use to train competing services is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties where permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not legally enforceable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IILI's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the services generally will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to IILI for the impacted service during the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred USD (US$100).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary damages, lost profits or revenues, business interruption, or loss of data—except where such limitations are not permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts or access where we reasonably believe there is misconduct, unpaid amounts (where relevant), unacceptable risk, repeated violations of these Terms or related policies, or legal obligation.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect once posted unless notice is required. Continuing to use services after updates constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent.
