Refund Policy

At IILI, we want learners to have confidence when purchasing our programs.

Because our products consist of digital educational content that becomes accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase if:

  • Your purchase was made directly through our website; and
  • You have completed less than 20% of the purchased program.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided where:

  • More than 20% of the program has been completed;
  • The request is made more than seven (7) days after purchase;
  • The purchase involved abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, or policy violations;
  • Significant portions of downloadable resources have already been accessed where permitted by applicable law.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems preventing access to purchased content, please contact support before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues.

How To Request A Refund

To request a refund, contact support and include:

  • Full name
  • Account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for request

Requests are reviewed individually and generally processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Chargebacks

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Most issues can be resolved more quickly through our support team.
